Aaron represents medical professionals, including physicians, dentists, and a range of healthcare providers, as well as insurance companies, in civil litigation and malpractice defense claims. 

Aaron served in the United States Marine Corps reserves for six years as a Marine infantry rifleman. He was a non-commissioned officer serving as a radio operator, fire team leader, and squad leader. He received an honorable discharge in January 2015.
