SULLIVAN, WARD, ASHER & PATTON, P.C. proudly recognizes the promotion to of two of its members, MIRANDA J. WELBOURNE ELEÁZAR and JILL H. VANDERCOOK to shareholder status.
Their elevation to shareholder status is a result of their substantial contributions and dedication to the firm and the legal profession. Not only have their individual contributions to the firm and its clients been exceptional, their contributions to the legal profession have been outstanding as well.
MIRANDA J. WELBOURNE ELEÁZAR became an associate with Sullivan, Ward, Asher & Patton, P.C. in September, 2010. She received her law degree from University of Michigan Law School, J.D., 2006, cum laude and undergraduate degree from University of Michigan, B.A., 2003, with distinction.
Ms. Welbourne Eleázar’s practice areas include medical malpractice defense; product liability defense; professional liability defense; utility-gas and electric; and ski area defense. She is also experienced in areas of commercial, pharmaceutical and toxic tort defense.
JILL H. VANDERCOOK joined Sullivan, Ward, Asher & Patton, P.C. in January, 2011. She received her law degree from Wayne State University, J.D., 2004. Her undergraduate was received from Western Michigan University, B.B.A., Finance, 2000, cum laude.
Ms. Vandercook focuses her litigation practice on medical malpractice defense, primarily on behalf of physicians and dentists.
