SULLIVAN, WARD, ASHER & PATTON, P.C., announces three new members to its Board of Directors – CORNELIUS C. HARE, CYNTHIA J. BILLINGS-DUNN and JOHN M. TOTH.
They join a distinguished Board of Directors currently in place – Lee C. Patton; Kevin J. Gleeson; Michael J. Asher; Sheri B. Cataldo; Craig S. Thompson; Keith P. Felty; Jacqueline A. Kelly, Ronald S. Lederman and Christopher B. McMahon.
CORNELIUS C. HARE received his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1989. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University, B.A., 1984.
Mr. Hare is a trial attorney in the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, toxic torts, trucking accidents, insurance coverage claims, civil rights claims, employment discrimination and general civil litigation.
CYNTHIA J. BILLINGS-DUNN, CEBS, QKA, QPA received her law degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1995 and her undergraduate degree from Walsh College, B.A., Finance, 1991, with distinction.
Ms. Billings-Dunn’s areas of practice include Employee Benefits, Labor & Employment Law; Employment Law & Litigation; Labor, Pension & Benefits; Multiemployer Funds and Public Funds.
JOHN M. TOTH received his law degree from Villanova University, 1981. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Michigan, B.A. with high distinction, 1977 and James B. Angell Scholar, 1977.
Mr. Toth’s areas of practice include Healthcare and Medical Malpractice Defense.
